This is a very good Vacheron Constantin vintage Chronometer Royal ref.6340 in 18k yellow gold.
Manufactured in the mid 1960s, the Chronometer Royal with extra fine movement finish and high precision, were regarded as top notch of wrist watch making.
Very rare and fine collectors piece with all pices authentic from the time.
