Omiwatari is the place where the gods transcend the ice, when the waters of Lake Suwa freeze over, and in most years, a long ridge of ice appears from one side of the lake to the other, says a japanese legend.

This legend inspired the Shinshu Watch Studio to create a dial that has the colour ad texture of the snow-covered ice on Lake Suwa and has a beautiful blue shine.

Inside the 38.5mm stainless steel case the Spring Drive Caliber 9R31 does its duty with a double barrel, offering a 72-hour power reserve visible through the exhibition caseback.
