We are proud to offer you this excellent Breitling vintage CHRONO-MATIC COSMONAUTE Ref.1809 in stainless steel with black croco Breitling strap and buckle.

Manufactured in the early 1970s, this oversized gentlemen automatic chronograph has got a 24 hour dial. Therefore powered by HEUER/Breitling cal 14, which was a basically a very similar caliber to 11 and 12 just with the differenz of moving the hand aound the dial only once every 24 hours - COSMONAUTE - for space trevellers and others.

This modell here has a wonderful shiny black dial with still the original arabic Tritium numerals and a stricking orange set for the hands and the chronograph.

Quite cool collectors item, for those who can actually wear this huge watch.

Clearly an undervalued piece. Come on - its an automatic chronograph with own caliber in awesome condition and Space Age design.
