This is a very good Breguet Chronograph Aeronavale Type XX ref.3800 in stainless steel with leather strap and stainless steel deplyment buckle.
Manufactured in around 2000, this model has got the automatic movement build in.

There is a huge historic background for the Type XX as french pilots choice in the 1940s-1960s.
