The Rolex GMT-Master Ref. 1675 “Pepsi” is without question one of the most iconic vintage sports watches ever produced. Introduced during the golden era of international jet travel, the GMT-Master was originally developed by Rolex in collaboration with Pan Am Airways for professional airline pilots navigating multiple time zones around the globe. Since its launch in the 1950s, the model has become a true symbol of adventure, travel, and timeless design.

This particular example, manufactured in 1966, perfectly captures the charm and character collectors seek in a vintage GMT-Master. It features its original gilt dial with beautifully preserved tritium hour markers, creating a warm vintage appearance that pairs exceptionally well with the glossy black surface of the dial. The watch still retains the desirable small GMT hand, a charming early detail highly appreciated by collectors and a characteristic feature found on earlier GMT-Master references.

The iconic blue and red “Pepsi” bezel insert has slightly faded gently over time, developing exactly the kind of soft tones that enthusiasts value so highly today.
