Manufactured in stainless steel and dating to circa 1975, this remarkable timepiece is offered in excellent condition and is accompanied by its original Rolex servcie warranty card and the coveted Rolex Hudson letter—further confirming its military history and authenticity.

The 40 mm Oyster case, manufactured in robust stainless steel, reflects the purposeful engineering required for military use. Unlike standard civilian Submariners, the MilSub variants were specially modified to meet the strict specifications of the UK Ministry of Defence, resulting in a watch that is both historically significant and functionally distinct.

One of the defining characteristics of this reference is its original tritium dial, featuring the iconic circled “T” signature, denoting the use of tritium lume in compliance with military regulations. The dial is complemented by sword hands—another hallmark of Military Submariners—designed for maximum legibility under demanding conditions.
