We are pleased to offer this refined and beautifully balanced A. Lange & Söhne Saxonia Moon Phase Ref. 384.032, executed in 18k rose gold with brown crocdile letahter strap and gold pin buckle.
Launched in 2016, the Saxonia Moon Phase embodies Lange’s signature approach to understated elegance, mechanical precision, and poetic complication. The warm rose gold case measures a versatile 40mm in diameter, with polished surfaces and brushed flanks that capture the quiet confidence of Glashütte's finest.
The dial, crafted from solid silver and finished in a luminous argenté tone, features elegant solid-gold baton markers and alpha hands. Its perfectly integrated moon phase display — rendered in deep blue with a star-studded sky — sits harmoniously within the small seconds sub-dial at 6 o’clock. True to Lange’s rigorous standards, the moon-phase mechanism is calculated to remain accurate for 122.6 years before needing adjustment.
At the heart of the watch is the meticulously hand-finished Caliber L086.5, an in-house automatic movement with a 72-hour power reserve and a solid 21k gold central rotor with platinum mass. The movement, visible through the sapphire caseback, showcases the full artistry of German watchmaking: Glashütte stripes, hand-engraved balance cock, gold chatons, and thermally blued screws.
Offered on its original hand-stitched alligator strap with a signed 18k rose gold pin buckle, this timepiece comes complete with:
