Tis new-like Cartier Santos de Cartier Medium in solid 18ct rose gold is an iconic luxury timepiece that perfectly combines timeless elegance with contemporary sophistication. Inspired by the legendary Santos created by Louis Cartier in 1904 for aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont, the Santos remains one of the world’s most recognizable wristwatch designs.
This medium model features a beautifully balanced 35.1 mm 18ct rose gold case with the collection’s signature exposed screws and elegant curved profile. The classic silvered opaline dial with bold Roman numerals is complemented by Cartier’s iconic blued steel sword-shaped hands, creating a refined and unmistakably Cartier aesthetic.
Powered by the automatic Cartier Calibre 1847 MC manufacture movement, the watch offers reliable precision and a power reserve of approximately 40 hours. Additional features include a sapphire crystal, faceted sapphire-set crown and Cartier’s innovative QuickSwitch system with interchangeable leather straps and 18ct rose gold deployant clasp.
