Our remarks
This is a new old stock vintage WAKMAN Chronograph in stainless steel.
Manufactured in around 1965, this nos watch has got beautifully tropic sub dialson a silver dial with an orange hand for the chronograph seconds.
WAKMAN, russian born watch maker began his carrer in Portugal. Later he moved to US were he started his new business. He acctually was appointed an official manufacturer for US Armee watches. Wakeman then also produced professional timing tools and instruments for the aviation industries. A joined venture with BREITLING Watch Co. helpeld the reputation.
Very rare collectors piece with outstanding dial.
Gentleman rece car drivers chronograph with Valjoux 72 caliber and Tachymeter scale on the dial.
