This is an excellent Vacheron Constantin "Chronometre" Savonette in 18k rose gold.
Made in 1904 this movement is specially fine and adjusted to a Chronometer.
Perfect enamel dial with arabic numerals.
Movement with woolf-teeth-wheels and an extra large balance, "Ankerchronometer".
Very special balance-adjustment
