This is a very good Rolex vintage Oyster Perpetual "Pre-Datejust" Bubble Back Date ref. 6105 in 18k rose gold with leather strap.
Manufactured in the year 1954, this model represents the first Rolex with date at 3 o´clock with red date numerals. All original and authentic piece, exempt the dial - it´s professionally restored!
Loved and collected model type, specially in the US.
