This is an excellent Rolex Calendar-Moon-Phase, `Padellone´ref. 8171 in stainless steel.
Manufactured between 1949 and 19520, the so called Padellone was produced in about 1000 pieces.
Very rare and highly collectable vintage beauty!
With it`s 38mm case it belonged to the jumbo size gentleman watches in the 1950s.
