This is a very good Rolex vintage GMT-Master, "Tigereye" ref. 16753 in 18k yellow gold/stainless steel with stainless steel/18k yellow gold Oyster bracelet.
Manufactured between 1979 and 1987 this model already had a quick set date and white gold circled hour markers.
Comes with brown bezel inlay and dial - became famous as so called "Tigereye".
