This is a very good Rolex vintage GMT-Master ref.16753 in 18k yellow gold stainless steel.
Manufacturedc in the year 1982, this model has got a quick set date and still the beautiful dark brown dial with nipple hour markers. So called Tiger Eye with faded bezel inlay.
