This is a very good Rolex vintage Explorer I ref.1016 in stainless steel with Oyter bracelet.
Manufactured in 1989, this was watch belongs to the last to be produced with the plexiglass - L-Series!
All authentic and very wanted collectors item!
The Explorer became famous, when in 1953 the Peter Hunt Expedtion climbed successfully Mt. Everest. Most men equipped with this Rolex model.
The purest and simplest Rolex tool watch. Nevertheless among the great watch designs of the 20th century.
