This is a very good Rolex vintage Datejust ref.16030 in stainless steel.
Manufactured in 1980 for the Sultan of Oman Qaboos and with his royal sword symbol in red on the dial.
Cool collectors item.
Watches like this were given as a gift mostly to foreign emplyees of the Sultan.
