This is an excellent Rolex Submariner Date, COMEX, Ref. 16800 in stainless steel with stainless steel Oyster bracelet.
Comes with the original warranty paper - COMEX, 1982.
Has got the very rare matt dial build in.
This model was produced for COMEX between 1982 and 1986 - no gas escape valve!
Manufactured for professional divers as a tool watch. Together with the COMEX company Rolex wored closely in order to test and develop new featured. F.e. the gas escape valve for the SeaDweller.
Cult watch and high end collectors piece!
