This is a very good Rolex GMT-Master, ref. 16758, in 18k yellow gold with leather strap and original Rolex plaque buckle.
Made in the year 1985, this is a quite rare reference.
Has got an ultra cool, faded into red-brown - Cherry Pie - tritium nipple dial and original tritium hands.
