This is a very good Rolex GMT-Master II ref. 116759SA in 18k white gold with 18k white gold Oyster bracelet.
Comes with the original box and warranty card- Austria, 2009.

Has got a original Rolex diamond and sapphire setting on the bezel and case!
The case set is with 76 brilliants (approx. 0,87 ct) rotatable bezel set with 30 sapphires (approx. 1,95 ct) and 29 diamonds (approx 1,55 ct) !
