This reference 116520 comes as a set, including:

This reference has been discontinued, making it a highly collectible timepiece, particularly due to its rare and sought-after “APH dial”.

Special Feature – The “APH Dial”:

This watch features the white “APH” dial, a distinctive and subtle dial variation found only on some later examples of the 116520. The nickname refers to the unusual spacing in the word “COSMOGRAPH”, where there is a visible gap between the "COSMOGR" and the „APH“.

This was the result of a production change at Rolex’s in-house dial manufacturing facility around 2011–2015 and is considered a transitional dial, adding to its desirability among collectors.

The Cosmograph Daytona is Rolex’s legendary chronograph, originally designed for professional racing drivers. It features a tachymeter scale on the bezel for measuring average speed and the robust calibre 4130 automatic movement, renowned for its reliability and precision.
