This is an excellent Rolex vintage Datejust Oysterquartz, ref. 17000, "Reinhold Messner", stainless steel with stainelss steel bracelet.
Just underwent full Rolex Servcie in march 2014. Still under Rolex warranty until march 2015!
The Oysterquartz was used by many legendary mountain climbers like Reinhold Messner, Peter Habeler and Sir Edmund Hillary (in steel/gold). Messner even had his own Rolex campaing as testimonial for the Oysterquartzl!
Highly collectable and quite rare piece!
