We are proud to offer this historically significant and exceptionally rare Patek Philippe Ref. 3448, a vintage perpetual calendar moon-phase wristwatch in 18k white gold with crokodile stap and white gold pin buckle. The watch is complete with original box and papers, and dated to 1970.

The Ref. 3448 holds a legendary place in Patek Philippe’s heritage, being the first self-winding perpetual calendar wristwatch ever produced by the brand — and by any Swiss manufacturer. Introduced in 1962 and produced until 1981 in limited numbers, only around 586 pieces were made across all metals. Of those, the white gold variants are among the rarest and most desirable, especially when preserved in such remarkable condition.
