This is an excellent Patek Philippe vintage Ellipse TV Screen ref-3604/1 in 18k white gold with Milanese bracelet.
Comes with the original ellipse box and an extract from the PP archive - 1974.
Very rare and beautiful model with the same caliber than the Nautilus Jumbo 3700.
Has got a remarkably cool bracelet design - looks like a dragon skin?
