We are very proud to offer this ultra rare PATEK PHILIPPE made for TIFFANY and CO. in 1918.
This early 18Kt cushion shape OFFICERS WATCH Ref.8 with its original enamel TIFFANY & CO marked dial and the screwed lugs is the first we have with an perfect dial without any crack or hairlines.
The brown croco leather strap has got a PATEK pin buckle.
Coming with a PP extract.
An historic collectors item showing the early collaboration between PP and Tiffany.
