This is an excellent Patek Philippe, Officers Watch with moon-phase, ref. 5015 in 18k white gold.
Comes with the original box, 18k white gold pin, decribtion booklet and warranty papers - 1999.

The bezel has got a pearl decor and the the Officers Watch case has two back, one with sapphire glass.
