This is a very good Patek Philippe "Lepine", or "Open Face" pocket watch in 18k yellow gold.
Made in 1915 with a fine and perfec enamel dial with black romain numerals.
Movement with woolf-teeth wheels.
Beautiful gentleman's gold pocket Patek.
