This is an excellent Patek Philippe vintage Ellipse ref.3848J-001 in 18k yellow gold.
Comes with the original box and warranty papers-Bonn, Germany.
Just had full Patek service in 2016 and was not worn ever since.
Still under PP warranty until 2017.
