This is a very good Patek Philippe, Ellipse man size automatic, ref. 3738/117in 18k yellow gold with Milanese bracelet.
Comes with a box and
Manufactured in the early 1990s, this modell was specially labeled on the dial and back for the Germania Club.
Has got fine caliber 240 stricking.
