This is an excellent antique Patek Philippe Savonette packet watch in 18k rose gold.
Comes with the original box.
Manufactured in around 1884, this model has got a perfect dial and case.
Case top has got an engraving with the letters ES on the top. Quite heavy case type.
Fine and excellent PP movement with wolf teeth and three bridges.
Great collectors item !
