This is a an excellent Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso Grand Taille Duoface in stainless steel with stainless steel bracelet.
Comes withthe original box and warranty papers - 2004.
The Duoface model has two faces, one on each case side. The movement allows the watch to run with two different time zones.
