This is an excellent Cartier Tortue Chronographe Monopoussour or One Pusher Chronograph in 18k white gold.
Limited to only 13 pieces, this Boutique Edition is special. In order to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Cartier flagship store on 13, Rue de la Paix, this model has got the 13 in stead of the 12 on the salmon colored dial.
This ultra rare collectors piece has also a very fine and special movement created by THA (a Company founded by three great watchmakers: Flagolet, Halter and F.P.Journe).
The first Cartier Tortue chronograph model goes back to 1928.
