This is an excellent Breitling TOPE TIME chronograph ref. 810 in stainless steel with leather strap.
Manufactured in around 1965, this watch has got fine Venus 178 caliber ticking.
Collectors item.
Rare and very cool gentleman`s car race drivers chrono with tachymeter scale.
