Manufactured in the year 1990, this watch has got an automatic caliber 2428-2 ticking.
Many brands offered watches with the Spirotechnique logo, including TAG Heuer under the reference 980.023. In the early 1990s, Auricoste obtained the rights from TAG to license the design of this watch. It was only fitting that the French Navy then chose AURICOSTE for its divers. The French Air Force had approved the manufacture's Type 20 chronograph for its pilots for decades.
