We are very proud to offer you this very good vintage ROLEX SUBMARINER COMEX, Ref.16610, in stainless steel on its steel Oyster bracelet and folding clasp.
Manufactured in 1992, this gorgeous vintage SUB features the highly saught after and very rare COMEX inscription on its black Tritium dial.
COMEX stands for `COMPANIE MARITIME D'ÉXPERTISE´. The company was often employed to plant new oil platforms or to rescue people in deep sea terrain.
Many deep sea world records and special military experiments were carried out by their experienced divers.
Only the toughest ones in the world were employed and some received a ROLEX for their services or achievements.
