We are delighted to present you this ultra rare and highly attractive vintage Rolex Oyster in stainless steel with a stainless steel Oyster bracelet.
This awesome 6022 is fitted with the seldom-seen white honeycomb Stelline dial—arguably one of the most charismatic dial configurations from Rolex’s early post-war period.
This example is housed in a well kept stainless steel 34mm Oyster case and powered by a manually wound Rolex movement 1225. The centerpiece, however, is the exceptional dial: featuring a fine gilt honeycomb texture with applied faceted star hour markers—giving rise to the collector’s nickname Stelline, from the Italian for “little stars.”
This dial variant, far more commonly associated with the legendary reference 6062, is almost never seen on the 6022, making this piece both historically fascinating and immensely collectible. The warm gilt accents contrast beautifully against the silver textured surface, while the overall original condition of the dial and case remains honest and highly appealing.
