ROLEX VINTAGE GMT-MASTER – Ref. 1675 – 18k Yellow Gold – Tiger Eye Nipple Dial – Tritium – Automatic – Box – Circa 1977 – Excellent Condition!
We are delighted to offer this excellent ROLEX vintage GMT-MASTER 1675 in 18k yeloow gold with its gold Oyster bracelet.
This is a highly sought-after Rolex GMT-Master featuring the distinctive tiger eye dial with applied tritium "nipple" hour markers — a standout example from the golden era of vintage Rolex.
Measuring 40mm, the case retains strong proportions and sharp bevels, complemented by the original yellow gold bi-directional bezel with brown insert and 24-hour scale. The rich tiger eye dial, unique to gold references, shimmers with depth and complexity, exhibiting warm golden-brown tones that shift with the light.
The applied gold indices and Mercedes hands are filled with aged tritium, now beautifully patinated, lending the dial a beautiful, vintage glow. At 3 o'clock, the date function with the signature Cyclops magnifier completes the unmistakable GMT aesthetic.
Powering the watch is the Rolex Caliber 1575 automatic movement, known for its robust reliability and hacking feature (introduced in later production years of the 1675).
