We are proud to offer this rare and unworn Rolex Cosmograph Daytona Ref. 116506, crafted entirely in 950 platinum and featuring the elusive Arabic numeral dial — presented in unworn condition and accompanied by its complete full set, dated 2023.
Originally launched to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Daytona, the 116506 is a milestone reference within the Rolex catalog, distinguished by its weighty platinum construction and exclusive ice blue sunburst dial. This example is elevated further by the presence of applied Arabic numerals — a seldom-seen dial variant that enhances both rarity and visual impact.
The 40mm case is hewn from solid 950 platinum and fitted with a rich chestnut brown Cerachrom bezel, offering exceptional contrast and scratch resistance. The signature screw-down pushers and Triplock crown ensure 100m of water resistance, while the platinum Oyster bracelet with polished center links and Easylink extension system provides secure, comfortable wear.
