The Rolex Datejust from 1979 presents a classic expression of the model’s long-standing design codes. Its stainless steel case is fitted with the traditional stainless steel fluted bezel, giving the watch the refined profile that has defined the Datejust since its mid-century origins. The silver tritium dial features applied indices aged to a warm tone, providing a period-correct aesthetic consistent with late-1970s Rolex production.
