With only 1,300 pieces ever produced, this rare timepiece is a collector’s dream. The 5575G-001 revolutionizes Patek Philippe's iconic world time complication by introducing, for the first time in the brand’s history, a photorealistic moon phase display—gracefully embedded at the center of the dial. This isn’t just functional watchmaking; it's celestial storytelling on the wrist.

The dial is a true work of art: at its heart lies a transparent sapphire disc showcasing the moon phase and star chart, rendered with astronomical precision and almost photographic realism. Surrounding this central marvel is the world time ring, displaying 24 time zones and a day-night indicator, all framed by a solid 18K white gold case.

The dial layout is intuitively elegant: a city ring allows the wearer to track local time around the globe, while the moon and stars quietly trace their course in the heavens—an ode to time as both a human and cosmic concept.

Powered by the Caliber 240 HU LU, an ultra-thin self-winding movement equipped with a micro-rotor and moon phase module, the watch ensures reliability, elegance, and a slim profile. The case back, engraved with “Patek Philippe Geneve, 125e Anniversaire, 1839 - 2014,” protects  the beautiful Geneva Seal-finished movement.
