PATEK PHILIPPE VINTAGE NAUTILUS – Ref. 3800/1A - 37mm Stainless Steel with Black Roman Dial – Box, Papers & Original Invoice – Dated 2005
We are delighted to offer this very good to excellent Patek Philippe Nautilus, Ref. 3800/1A in stainless steel with its steel bracelet.
Here we have this iconic 37,5 mm size version of the Gerald Genta-designed classic, presented here in stainless steel with a rare and refined black Roman numeral dial.
Manufactured in 2005, this piece belongs to the final production years of the 3800 reference, which was eventually discontinued in 2006. These later models are highly sought after for their upgraded movement and dial configurations. The dial features a jet black finish with applied white gold Roman numerals, lending a more formal and dressy aesthetic to the sport-luxury silhouette.
This example is powered by the Caliber 330 SC, offering central seconds and a date window at 3 o’clock.
The watch is accompanied by its full original set, including:
- Patek Philippe presentation box and outer box
- Certificate of origin (stamped and date aug. 2005, Germany, Rüschenbeck)
- Instruction manual and leather document holder
- Original purchase invoice from 2005 – rarely included and of high interest to collectors
- One year of warranty through our watch lab.
The condition is very good to excellent, with the watch having been carefully worn and preserved. The case remains sharp with strong definition, the bracelet tight, and the dial clean and original.
The 3800 remains one of the most elegant expressions of the Nautilus line – a perfect choice also for the smaller wrist.
"We thing this is a rare opportunity and great investment to own a last-series Nautilus Ref. 3800 with black Roman dial!"
