We are delighted to offer this rare and distinguished Patek Philippe Calatrava, reference 3565/1, in 18K yellow gold and fitted with its original, 18k yellow gold integrated Milanese bracelet, dating from 1969.

This exceptional timepiece belongs to a highly exclusive series created by Patek Philippe for the International Organization for Standardization (IOS), produced in extremely limited numbers and presented to senior members of the organization. As such, it stands as one of the most collectible variants of the vintage Calatrava line.

The Ref. 3565/1 epitomizes the timeless design language of Patek Philippe’s late-1960s era: minimalist, elegant, and perfectly balanced. Its 35mm solid gold case flows seamlessly into the hand-crafted Milanese bracelet, creating a unified aesthetic that embodies mid-century sophistication and craftsmanship at its finest.

The sunburst champagne dial is adorned with applied baton hour markers and slender dauphine hands, maintaining perfect symmetry and legibility. The engraved IOS emblem sits on the case back, adding a touch of provenance and intrigue for the discerning collector.

Inside beats the Patek Philippe Caliber 27-460 C, one of the manufacture’s most celebrated automatic movements, renowned for its reliability, fine finishing, and the signature 18K gold rotor engraved with the Calatrava cross.

This rare vintage Calatrava remains in new-like overall condition, with a strong and well-preserved case, sharp hallmarks, and a clean original dial. The Milanese bracelet retains excellent tension and comfort on the wrist.
