We are proud to present this extraordinary and very rare Patek Philippe Calatrava Ref. 2526, a historically significant and highly coveted timepiece from Patek Philippe. Introduced in the early 1950s, the Ref. 2526 holds a special place in horological history as the maison’s very first self-winding wristwatch, representing a major milestone in the evolution of fine watchmaking.

Crafted in solid 18k rose gold and dating to 1955, this exceptional example embodies the timeless elegance that defines the Calatrava line. The beautifully proportioned 36 mm case, with its smooth bezel and refined lugs, offers a perfect balance of presence and sophistication, enhanced by the warm tone of the rose gold. And of course we also find the original rose gold PP crown on the case.

The true highlight of this remarkable piece is its original enamel dial, a rare and highly prized feature among collectors. Produced using a meticulous and labor-intensive firing process, enamel dials offer unmatched depth, durability, and a lustrous finish that remains virtually unchanged over time.
