Introduced in 2016, the 5726 brought a genuine haute complication into Gerald Genta's sporty Nautilus silhouette, pairing an annual calendar with a moon phase in a case built to be worn every single day.

The 40.5mm stainless steel case keeps the Nautilus's signature rounded octagonal bezel, alternating satin-brushed and polished surfaces, worn on the fully integrated steel bracelet with fold-over clasp, staying true to the model's sporty, purpose-built proportions.

The gradient black dial pairs white gold applied hour markers and luminescent hands with day and month apertures near twelve o'clock, while a combined date, 24-hour and moon phase display sits at six, all needing correction only once a year thanks to the annual calendar mechanism.

Inside runs the caliber 324 S QA LU 24H, Patek's own self-winding movement with a 21k gold rotor visible through the sapphire display back, beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour and delivering roughly 45 hours of power reserve.
