Patek Philippe Gondolo Ref. 5109G-001, 18k White Gold, 2005, Patek Philippe Service 2026

The Gondolo collection carries a story that goes back to the early 20th century. Its name honors Gondolo & Labouriau, Patek Philippe’s agent in Rio de Janeiro, who sold so many Patek watches to his Brazilian clientele that he became one of the manufacture’s most important partners. The collection celebrates the elegant, geometric shapes of that era, and the reference 5109 is one of its most classic expressions: a rectangular dress watch with timeless Art Deco character.

The rectangular case is made of 18 karat white gold. Its clean lines and softly curved profile follow the wrist beautifully, and the watch slides easily under a shirt cuff. White gold gives it a cool, understated elegance that will never go out of style.

The silver colored dial carries large Arabic numerals that stretch elegantly across the rectangular dial, a typical design feature of the Gondolo line. The small seconds at 6 o’clock and the slim hands complete the balanced, harmonious layout.

Inside works the manually wound Patek Philippe caliber 215 PS, a slim and finely finished movement that carries the high standards of the manufacture. Winding it by hand each morning is part of the pleasure of owning a watch like this.

It is worn on a new Patek black alligator strap with an 18 karat white gold Patek Philippe pin buckle.

The watch dates from 2005 and is in excellent condition. It was serviced by Patek Philippe in 2026 and comes with the service paper and includes our 24-month warranty.
