The Golden Ellipse stands as one of Patek Philippe’s most enduring creations, defined by its harmonic proportions rooted in the “golden ratio.” This vintage reference 3879/002 embodies the collection’s purest expression, featuring a slim precious-metal case, minimalist dial aesthetics, and an unmistakable sense of understated luxury.
