So, this one here is a quite rare and long discontinued, marvelous, complicated gentlemen PATEK.
We love the asymetrical order on the dial and that the caliber 240 PS IRM C LU was later used in the NAUTILUS 5712 model.
Clearly a fine collectors piece and a beauty on your wrist.
