Released in 2003, this exceptional timepiece represents one of Patek Philippe’s most elegant and refined annual calendar executions, offered here as a full set and preserved in excellent overall condition.

The 37 mm white gold case is perfectly proportioned, embodying Patek Philippe’s hallmark balance between classical elegance and contemporary wearability. Its gently curved lugs, polished bezel, and slim profile create a refined presence on the wrist, while the precious metal construction lends understated sophistication befitting a commemorative model of this stature.

The dial is a masterpiece of clarity and harmony, featuring the signature annual calendar layout with day, date, and month displayed through apertures at 9, 6, and 3 o’clock respectively, complemented by a beautifully integrated moon phase. Applied white gold hour markers and dauphine hands ensure excellent legibility, while the clean, symmetrical design highlights Patek Philippe’s unrivaled mastery of functional elegance. As an annual calendar, the watch requires adjustment only once per year at the end of February.

At its heart beats the celebrated in-house automatic caliber 315 S QA, visible through the sapphire crystal case back. Finished to the exacting standards of the Patek Philippe Seal, the movement features exquisite hand-finishing, a solid gold rotor, and superb reliability—making it as mechanically impressive as it is visually captivating.

The 5125 reference was made in a limited edition of 125 pieces, each in 18k white gold, 18k red gold and 18k yellow gold, plus 100 pieces in platinum with a black dial.
