Crafted from 18k white gold, the elegant 38.5 mm case perfectly embodies the timeless aesthetic that has made the reference 5396 one of the most admired modern complicated watches from Patek Philippe. The watch is fitted with a rich chocolate-brown alligator strap and retains its original 18k white gold Patek Philippe folding clasp.
