Crafted from 18k rose gold, the elegant 38.5 mm case perfectly captures the timeless proportions and understated sophistication that have established the reference 5396 as one of Patek Philippe's most refined and enduring complicated dress watches. The watch is fitted with its original blue alligator leather strap and original 18k rose gold Patek Philippe folding clasp.
