PATEK PHILIPPE Annual Calendar, Reference 5146G-001, Cream Dial, 18k White Gold, Folding Clasp, Box and Papers, Year 2018, Full Set, Excellent

Introduced in 2005 as the successor to the 5035, the 5146 remains one of Patek Philippe's most quietly practical complications, a calendar that only needs correcting once a year rather than after every short month.

The case is 18k white gold, 39mm, worn on a brown alligator strap with an 18k white gold deployant clasp, keeping the proportions genuinely wearable for daily use.

The white-cream dial pairs gold applied hour markers and Arabic numerals with day and month shown through hands rather than apertures, a date window, a power reserve indicator at twelve and a moon phase display, all kept legible despite the density of information.

Inside runs the caliber 324 S IRM QA LU, Patek's own automatic movement visible through the sapphire display back, combining day, date, month, moon phase and power reserve in a single, elegantly integrated complication.
